This part is ISHIKAWA Prefecture and TOYAMA Prefrecture of Japan. Noto Peninsula of ISHIKAWA Prefecture is easy to find because the shape looks like a sickle, so if you find the sickle on the Honshu of Japan, that is Noto Peninsula.
